The bite to the queen is a classic of French cuisine and can be cooked in many ways.

Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 4 bites with queen ready to leather
- 500 g of mussels or 200 g of shelled mussels
- 150 g boneless fish fillet
- 150 g shelled shrimp
- 250 g of Paris mushrooms
- 50g of butter
- 100g of flour
- 20 cl of white wine
- 1 minced onion

The bite to the queen seafood are excellent in starter or dish accompanied by a good lettuce.
There is no point in making the bite of the bite yourself to the queen because you can find the ready-to-eat bites in every good bakery and even in your supermarket.
- Start by thoroughly cleaning the molds by removing the wire and possibly brushing them
- Cook the mussels in a casserole with the white wine and chopped onion

The bites to the queen are used as input, but as a main course accompanied by a small green salad.
You can also keep them, once cooled, by putting them in the freezer.
