Blueberry Pie


The blueberry pie is an ideal dessert to make the summer when the blueberries begin to bask in the sun and they just waiting to be picked...

Ingredients for 4 to 6 people:

  • 250g of flour
  • 500 g of blueberries wild
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 3 c. icing sugar soup
  • salt

Recipe for blueberry pie

This delicious blueberry pie recipe is easy and can also be prepared with an already prepared shortbread dough like frozen blueberries.

Preparation of the shortbread dough:

  • Cut the butter into small pieces, put on a plate and wait for it to soften
  • Put the flour in a bowl
  • Dig a well in which you add the sugar and the salt then the ramoli butter
  • Crumble the whole thing with your fingers so that you get a paste that looks like sand
  • Break the egg and add and knead the dough to obtain a homogeneous mixture
  • Let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator

Meanwhile, prepare the blueberries:

  • Wash and remove if necessary blueberries
  • Arrange the blueberries in a pie dish and sprinkle a little sugar over

Preheat the oven to 180° (th.6):

  • Roll the dough on a previously floured work surface
  • Once well spread, arrange the dough in a buttered pie dish
  • Stitch the bottom with a fork in several places
  • Add blueberries
  • Bake and let leather 20 minutes
