Created in 2009, this landscaped garden consists of many honey plants
This young landscaped garden was created in 2009 by the artist Joss Burke. Closed to the public throughout the year, it is open to artists, who sometimes come to spend a few days in residence. This is the case of Pamina Stewart, whose monumental wickerwork is on display at Rendez-vous aux jardins, alongside sculptures and photographs by other French, Irish and British artists (Francis Viguera, Myfawny Johns and Thomas Ranahan). ).

Once upon a time, in the North, just a few miles from the Belgian border, an enchanted garden that was unveiled only a few days a year - including the Rendez-vous aux jardins weekend. The rest of the year, it was preparing in secret for the coming of the visitors... this unique place, it is the garden of the fairies, a case of 2500 m2 grown in respect of the environment, (composting, mulching), without agro-toxic products. A place that inspires, and whose owners willingly entrust their secrets (composition of perennial beds, etc.). A nursery of rare perennials, aromatic and medicinal plants can even bring with you a little of the magic of the place...

Mas-Felipe Delavouët, a poet from Provence and France, spent his life growing the garden of the Bayle-Vert farmhouse, inherited from his grandmother. The estate today maintains the memory of the author who died in 1990. His gardens will be exceptionally open as part of Rendez-vous aux jardins. On the program: walk strewn with quotations of the poet in the garden 1920, discovery of the imaginary tree and the plants of the small medieval garden.

A miniature train in a green setting!
The Rendez-vous aux jardins train will stop at Thann station, where a model and gardening fanatic has created a garden combining his two passions, for the pleasure of young and old alike. On the program: demonstrations of small train, but also visit of the organic vegetable garden (culture in raised boards and mounds) and course of... composting. And there is no question of train ticket!
If they are open throughout the summer season, some parks and gardens offer an exceptional program for the Rendez-vous aux jardins festival.
