May, the first rays of sun appear, the parks and the gardens are filled, Rétrodor announces the season of the picnics opened with its first spring recipe created by Gilles Choukroun.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 1 baguette of French Tradition Rétrodor
- Tartar sauce
- 8 leaves of Romaine
- 200g of chicken breast
- 12 anchovy fillets marinated in oil
- 40g of parmesan shavings
- 1 tomato fresh
Recipe of Caesar Salad Sandwich:
Cut the Rétrodor baguette lengthwise and then make 3 pieces of equal size in each of the two parts.
Sprinkle with a few drops of tartar sauce, then add the Romaine leaves cut in width (count 2 sheets per toast).
Seed the tomato by pressing it gently into the palm of the hand, after having cut it in two to make pulp and seed flow, cut it in thin slices in order to deposit some on each slice of bread.
Spread on a few slices of chicken breast, anchovy fillets and parmesan shavings.
Add a little tartar sauce again.
